I know that not every muscle is tight; many problems come from muscles that are overstretched, weak or not firing correctly. When someone comes in, I listen to their story and study how they move to understand what their body is telling us. From there, I build a plan that blends massage, strength work and mobility to restore balance and improve performance. My goal is to remove restrictions, strengthen weak links and help people win in their daily lives. With decades of fitness and massage experience, I am committed to helping every client feel strong, capable and ready for life.
