Being a consumer like everyone else, Keith experienced the hardships and hiccups the fitness industry had and it didn't make sense to him. He then sets out with his team with the directive to create a change, a true fitness experience of how it should be.

Equipped with years of coaching experience under his belt, Billy provides i1 Fitness with valuable insights on many levels. Through his tutelage, our Fitness Leaders are ready to take on any type of scenario, be it world stage or a one on one training session.

Nasriq's expertise ensures that the workout is able to deliver the intended results. He provides the necessary training and workshops to equip the fitness leaders with the method and focus in order to maximize the program's effectiveness.

Corporate Advisor: Simon

Simon has been constantly exposed to unique cases and demands of fitness. Through that exposure, honed his insights to best provide the most suitable solutions to them. His role is to improve our services to cover for as many types of demand as possible.
