Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts.

Things to lookout for:

Workout gears:

Wear fit sportswear rather loose clothing to avoid possible impact on your movement. You will also want to select a pair of comfortable and skid resistant soft-soled sneakers for class. 

Dietary advise:

Stay hydrated in moderate consumption of water during and after class.

Facilities:

Shower rooms, and lockers are available at our Kota Damansara Signature Park Outlet.

  • You may re-book for another session if you’re cancellation is made 12 hours in advance of the booked session.
  • Cancellation will not be refunded if its made within 12 hours of the booked session.
