LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. Available as GRIT™ STRENGTH, GRIT™ CARDIO or GRIT™ PLYO this workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ SERIES takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Things to lookout for:

Workout gears:

Wear fit sportswear rather loose clothing to avoid possible impact on your movement. You will also want to select a pair of comfortable and soft-soled sneakers. In GRIT, we will be doing a lot of barbell work, wearing sports gloves may help reduce friction and discomfort throughout the class.

Dietary advise:

Stay hydrated in moderate consumption of water during and after class.

Facilities:

Shower rooms, and lockers are available at our Kota Damansara Signature Park Outlet.

Lockers are available at our Setia Alam Ardence Labs Outlet.
