Total body muscle training under an hour. Relying a lot of barbell and plate exercise movement, Fitsique will be able to cover all muscles group as much as you would in a general workout week.

Training Outcome

Help to sculpt and tone the total body shape while improving muscular strength.

Suitable for:

Teammates who do not have 1 whole week time to cover all muscle groups or if you are new to weight lifting, Fitsique will be your ticket to break the barrier of entry into weightlifting.

Things to lookout for:

Workout gears:

Wear fit sportswear rather loose clothing to avoid possible impact on your movement. You will also want to select a pair of comfortable and soft-soled sneakers. 

Dietary advise:

Stay hydrated in moderate consumption of water during and after class.

Shower rooms, and lockers are available at our Kota Damansara Signature Park Outlet.

Lockers are available at our Setia Alam Ardence Labs Outlet.

  • You may re-book for another session if you’re cancellation is made 12 hours in advance of the booked session.
  • Cancellation will not be refunded if its made within 12 hours of the booked session.
