That new style you’ve heard about? It was in BODYJAM last year. BODYJAM is available as a either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

Training Outcome

While we’re pretty sure you’ll be too busy dancing your butt off, it’s good to know that you’ll be getting a killer workout and burning calories while you’re at it. Can’t hurt right?

Suitable for:

Those with an inner dancing spirit and wished to dance in a group. Even without any dancing experience, one can relax, enjoy and burn some calories at the same time.

Workout gears:

In contrast with strength training, loose and comfortable clothing can help you dance freely. Wearing a pair of shoes will enable you turn around easily and makes you dance better.

Dietary advise:

Stay hydrated in moderate consumption of water during and after class.
