BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories* and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
BODYATTACK is available as a either a 55, 45 or 30-minute workout.

With a wide variety of exercise and movements choices, it will definitely fit people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve the body chiseling needs.
Things to lookout for:
Its best to be in comfortable clothing and fit sneakers that can improve your movement quality. Don’t forget to bring a towel as well
Don’t drink lots of water at one time ahead of training. Consume them in moderate amount (200ml – 400ml) prior 30 minutes beforehand.
Shower rooms, and lockers are available at our Kota Damansara Signature Park Outlet.

- You may re-book for another session if you’re cancellation is made 12 hours in advance of the booked session.
- Cancellation will not be refunded if its made within 12 hours of the booked session.
