LES MILLS BARRE is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
If you're seeking a different style of training or a new kind of self-expression, you will love LES MILLS BARRE. Without the traditional Barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

Barre activates the minor muscle groups that most common exercises find it hard to do. If you’re starting your fitness journey or someone with experience, this is a program that is definitely worth adding to your roster.

Things to lookout for:

Workout gears:

Its best to be in comfortable clothing that you can move in – tights or capris allow easy range of movement. You will also need socks as you will be removing your shoes.

Dietary advise: 

Don’t drink lots of water at one time ahead of training. Consume them in moderate amount (200ml – 400ml) prior 30 minutes beforehand.

Facilities:

Shower rooms, and lockers are available at our Kota Damansara Signature Park Outlet.

  • You may re-book for another session if you’re cancellation is made 12 hours in advance of the booked session.
  • Cancellation will not be refunded if its made within 12 hours of the booked session.
