I\u2019ve spent decades in massage therapy, personal training and karate, and those experiences have shaped how I understand strength, movement and the way the body grows. I love helping people discover what they\u2019re capable of\u2014whether that\u2019s moving without pain, building real power or gaining confidence in everyday life. My approach is grounded, disciplined and shaped by years of working with people from all walks of life. I grew up in San Francisco and spent my life pursuing strength, movement and discipline through massage therapy, personal training and karate, earning two NASKA World Titles along the way. I graduated top of my massage class in 2007, launched HIT Massage the same year and built a practice focused on deep tissue work (Art Riggs influenced), muscle release and helping people move without pain. My path eventually led me to Ukiah, where I now train clients in a private gym that brings together everything I\u2019ve learned about the body, resilience and real\u2011world strength. I\u2019ve been in ministry since 2002, serving as a pastor and investing in people\u2019s growth far beyond the physical. I want my life to inspire others to pursue excellence, purpose and wholeness in every area of their lives. At my core, I want my work and my character to reflect Christ to the world.<\/p>\n
